Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Blend of Merlot and Cabernet grape varieties.
It is aged in barrels, made of French oak.
Color: dark vinous, with very rich color palette.
Taste of this wine is characterized by a range of rich berries aroma with pleasant chocolate aftertaste. Aroma of prunes, spices and coffee are also felt in the wine.
Wine has very intensive enveloping taste with long rough aftertaste and delicate sweet notes.
It is well paired with aged cheeses, wild fowl dishes and braise.

This wine is produced in limited series. Selected grapes for the wine are harvested from the plot of 2 hectares. The yield was limited to 45 q/ha. The wine is aged for 12 months in French barrels.

Color: transparent ruby red, with bright red gleam.

Aroma: harmonious aroma with notes of ripe black and red berries, fruits, vanilla, coffee and chocolate.

Taste: balanced, silky with notes of plum, raspberry, cinnamon, and mocha. Wine has a remarkable tannin structure and long aftertaste.

Food and wine pairing: is best combined at temperature of 16-18 °C with duck, beef, mushroom dishes, fried tuna and cheeses like Comt? or Emmental.
