This wine is produced in limited series. Selected grapes for the wine are harvested exclusively by hands from the plot of 2 hectares on the slopes of Dnipro with south-eastern exposition. In order to achieve high quality of grapes, yield was limited to 45 q/ha.
Fermentation is carried out in steel tuns for 18 days. After malolactic fermentation the wine is aged for 12 months in French barrels.
Color: transparent ruby red, with bright red gleam.
Aroma: harmonious aroma with notes of ripe black and red berries, fruits, vanilla, coffee and chocolate.
Taste: balanced, silky with notes of plum, raspberry, cinnamon, and mocha. Wine has a remarkable tannin structure and long aftertaste.
Food and wine pairing: is best combined at temperature of 16-18 °C with duck, beef, mushroom dishes, fried tuna and cheeses like Comt? or Emmental.
